I’m an award-winning strategist, coach, speaker, and nationally recognized thought leader.
Beyond the work, I’m a wife, mother, and proud NaNa. I am also a woman who has had to make difficult choices, release identities I worked hard to earn, and admit when achievement alone was no longer enough.
For more than two decades, I helped leaders and organizations turn ambitious ideas into clear, actionable strategies. I led complex initiatives, aligned people and priorities, strengthened partnerships, and ultimately served as Chief Executive Officer. From the outside, the path looked clear. Inside, I was beginning to ask a more personal question: What do I want this next chapter to feel like?
The turning point
01 · The career
I grew through increasingly complex leadership roles and eventually became a Chief Executive Officer. I knew how to recognize opportunity, bring structure to ambitious ideas, and make thoughtful decisions under pressure.
But titles can become part of how we explain ourselves to the world. I had to be honest that I was holding both gratitude for what I had built and a growing desire for something different.
02 · The decision
I had always promised myself that reaching the CEO role would not mean I had to remain there forever. I would give myself permission to pause and decide what I wanted next. When that moment arrived, permission did not feel like certainty.
I worried about walking away from work I had poured myself into. I wondered how I would describe myself without the title and whether choosing a different path meant I was giving something up. Coaching and mentoring gave me a place to say those questions out loud, examine them without judgment, and hear my own truth more clearly.
03 · What it taught me
Ultimately, I chose to leave. The coaches and mentors who shaped me did not hand me an answer. They asked better questions, reflected back what I could not yet see, challenged the stories that kept me small, and reminded me that clarity and courage often grow together.
For someone else, clarity may mean growing where they are, preparing for greater responsibility, leading differently, building a business, navigating a transition, or choosing an entirely new direction.
The circumstances may be different, but the process still begins with the same foundation:
That experience now shapes how I show up for other women: not as someone who has never been uncertain, but as someone who understands the value of having space to think, honest support, and a strategy that belongs to you.
What guides my work
Women do not always need someone to hand them an answer. Sometimes we need the space to be honest, the right questions, and a strategy that helps us trust what we already know.
That belief guides my 1:1 work, the Positioned™ framework, speaking, masterclasses, and curated experiences. The format may change, but the purpose remains the same: create clarity, strengthen confidence, support consistent movement, and make room for meaningful community.

My work is grounded in a simple belief: women make stronger decisions when they have the space, structure, and perspective to think clearly.
I hold a bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development and a master’s degree in Educational Leadership. I am a Strategic Planning Professional (SPP) and Project Management Professional (PMP), and I am currently pursuing a PhD in Executive Leadership.
